The developers of these modern townhouses being built in the hip neighborhood of Silver Lake in Los Angeles, CA needed a website to help promote them and draw in interest for propective buyers. They wanted something that reflected the chic, fun atmosphere of the area so I used colors and imagery that helped to invoke those very attributes. The aqua color is contemporary and cool on the eyes while still giving the feel of a warm pleasant day, with a hint of warmer colors to keep it from being monotonous.

When you first enter the site you're greeted with a full screen image, and as you scroll on a hint of the image is always on the side, reminding you of the neighborhood you are hoping for.

Interiors

For the interiors, especially the details pages of the property as a whole and individual townhouses, I wanted to try and keep the information as clear and easy to find and read as possible, having had my senses assaulted by poor information design when searching for a new home not too long before taking on this project. No fuss, no muss, and hopefully enticing.
